REFEREE FOR THE EYSA
Interested in becoming a referee for EYSA? People choose to become a soccer referee for many reasons. Some of those reasons include getting exercise, earning money, learning more about soccer, building friendships, and challenging yourself. Referees must be at least 13-years-old, complete an online concussion certification, and attend a free referee training class. If this is something you are interested in, please contact us for additional information at email@example.com

. If you've already made the decision to be a coach, we want to thank you for volunteering your time to coach a youth soccer team this season. We want to help you make this a successful season. Attention Coaches, you will need ALL
of the following with you at the beginning of the season coaches meeting:
- Background check: this form is currently being updated and will be posted when it is available. In the mean time, the form will be provided to you at the coaches meeting for you to complete.
- Current Concussion Certificate of Completion: The concussion certificates are good for three years from the date of completion, so if it has been more than three years since you completed the concussion certification you will need to update this by following one of the links below. Option 1 is nice because you can create a user account which will save your progress if you have to stop and come back to it later as well as it will save any past completed certificates so you can easily keep track of when you were last certified and can get a copy of your certificate should you need to present it to someone.
EYSA Code of Conduct for All Volunteers: Download, print and sign the Code of Conduct and bring with you to the Coaches meeting.
